Pavilions may be reserved by a Town Resident by calling the Town Clerk's office at 741-8938. Starting March 1, 2005 there is a user fee for the pavilion use. March 1st each year is the first date that you may book the pavilions. If your business is in Clarence, you may have your company picnic in the Clarence Parks. All of the applications must be approved by the Town Clerk's office. You may also reserve the Clubhouse and Legion Hall at the Town Clerk's office.
Application for Use of Town Park Pavilions
The Clubhouse is for nonprofit organizations for meetings, craft shows, banquets, etc. There may be fees included in certain functions. The Legion Hall can be booked for meetings, private parties, etc. There is a fee and deposit required for private parties.
The following rules apply to each park listed below:
- No Pets, No Glass Containers, No Alcohol (Beer with a permit)
- Parks open mid May and Close mid October
- Park Hours (Mon - Sun)
Grounds: 7:30 AM - 11:00 PM
Pavilions: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Bike Trail Map/Brochure - (Peanut Line Trail runs from Transit Road to Newstead Town Line. This is approximately 7.5 miles. Along this path is access to two of our Town Parks - Meadowlakes Park and Memorial Park. Along the trail are benches and mile markers. The West Shore Trail runs from Wehrle Drive to Newstead Town Line. This is approcimately 4 miles. This path runs through the Clarence Main Street Town Park and also a Town Municipal Pakring area and the Clarence Farmers Market (in the summer months). Benches are also along this trail for resting. Off of the Peanut Line trail is another path that runs from Heise Road till approximately Roll Road, through the Waterford Subdivision. Both the Peanut Line and West Shore trails, not only run through some of the Town of Clarence Hamilets, but also connects to the Town of Newstead Trails, allowing you to travel into the Village of Akron).

Main Park - 90 acres

The Parks Office and Maintenance Building are located at the rear of this park. There is also the Clubhouse, Concert Shell, Town Pool and Pavilions.

Large Pavilion - enclosed w/refrigerator/ stoves /sink/gas heat/electric ( Capacity-300)
Small Pavilion - open pav w/electric (Capacity-50)
Lakeside Pavilion - open w/electric (Capacity-60)
2 - Lighted Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Playgrounds, Horseshoe Pits, Volleyball Courts, Fishing, Soccer Fields, 4-Ball Diamonds (1 Lighted).
There is also sledding available in the winter.

Nature Camp Facility
The Nature Camp is a joint venture between the Town of Clarence and the Clarence School District for educational purposes. Bothy young and old have experienced it's unique features. (This is also booked through the Town Clerk's Office).
