Due to the COVID-19 - Town of Clarence Departments are open with limited staff.  You may reach the departments by emails or leaving a message on their office phones (per our directory).  We do not have public access at this time to any Town Department.  The Town Hall does have a drop box for mail or payments. 
Clarence Town Court is closed and because of the cancellations of court - call thier number for instruction- 716-741-8948  
The Clarence Youth Bureau has cancelled their programs, including the volunteer program through until further notice. The volunteer ceremony will be rescheduled at a later date. Call for further information 407-2162.
The Clarence Senior Center will be closed starting March 16th until further notice. 
Meetings at the Clubhouse and Legion will be cancelled.
All Town Board, Planning Board Meetings will be cancelled. 
We have received a lot of calls on Brush Pickup.  At this time it is scheduled for April 20th for a general sweep of the Town and the schedule is on the home page. This is subject to change and we will keep you updated on the website.
