The Town Attorney is appointed by the Town Board, which also appoints deputies as needed. Duties include giving legal advice on all Town matters, drafting local legislation, preparing and/or reviewing bid documents and contracts, handling the disposition of claims and lawsuits involving the Town, and handling real estate matters.
