You can apply for your newly issued U.S. Passport right here through the Erie County Clerk's Office. Our staff is trained and are Certified Passport Acceptance Agents and no appointment is necessary.
Passport Applications are accepted Monday-Friday from 9am-4:00pm at Old County Hall, NO APPOINTMENT necessary.
At the request of the Passport Agency, we no longer can accept Passport Applications for Renewal, those are to be submitted by the Applicant and mailed to the address on the Renewal Application Form. Anyone renewing their passport and requires expedited service will need to schedule an appointment for the Buffalo Passport Office. Please call the renewal number below.
