Sedita, III announced that 26 year old Jennifer Furan of 139 Francis Avenue, Sloan, pleaded guilty to Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, as charged, before County Court Judge Michael Pietruszka. This is the highest charge for which defendant could have been convicted had she been indicted and gone to trial.
