Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 24 year old Gerard Schuh, III of 178 Millicent, Buffalo, pleaded guilty, as charged, to Public Lewdness before Buffalo City Court Judge James A.W. McLeod.  This is the highest charge for which Schuh could have been convicted had he gone to trial.

Schuh admitted that on October 9, 2012 at Bailey Avenue and Dartmouth, he exposed his penis to two women as they were leaving their apartment building. This is Schuh’s third conviction for the same or similar conduct within the past 15 months. On August 25, 2011, Schuh was convicted, as charged, of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (the person to whom Schuh exposed himself was a minor) and sentenced to 1 year in jail, the maximum sentence allowed by law, by Buffalo City Court Judge Susan Eagan. On July 15, 2011, Schuh was convicted of Public Lewdness, as charged, and initially sentenced to probation; however, his probation was later revoked as a result of the August 25, 2011 conviction and he was sentenced to 90 days in jail, the maximum sentence allowed by law.

Schuh was again sentenced to the maximum sentence of 90 days in jail.
