Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 35-year-old Andrello M. Brown of Buffalo has been arraigned before State Supreme Court Justice Mark A. Montour, acting as a Buffalo City Court Judge, on one count of Murder in the Second Degree, a Class “A-1” felony, and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a Class “C” violent felony.
It is alleged that on April 12, 2020, at approximately 5:00 p.m., the defendant fatally shot 41-year-old Clint Reeder on Stockbridge Avenue near Parkridge Avenue in the City of Buffalo.
Brown is scheduled to return on Friday, May 15, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. for a report back. He was held without bail.
If convicted on all charges, he faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison.
DA Flynn commends Det. Sgt. William Cooley, Det. Scott Malec, Det. Mark White, and Det. Jay Mayhook of the Buffalo Police Department Homicide Squad for their work in the investigation.
The case is being prosecuted by Chief Colleen Curtin Gable of the DA’s Homicide Bureau.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
