Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 35-year-old Christopher Krause of Buffalo pleaded guilty before Erie County Court Judge James Bargnesi to Arson in the Fourth Degree.

Krause was arrested by Buffalo Police in connection with a fire that occurred on November 11, 2017 at this own home on Willet Street.

The defendant pleaded guilty to the highest charge.

Krause faces up to four years in jail when he is sentenced by Judge Bargnesi on Thursday, May 31 at 9:30 a.m. 

Assistant District Attorney Nathanael C. Kapperman of the DA’s Felony Trials Bureau is prosecuting the case.
