Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 23-year-old Elijah Turley of Buffalo pleaded guilty before State Supreme Court Justice Christopher J. Burns to Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree.

In the early morning hours of September 29, 2017, Amherst Police were dispatched to investigate possible vehicle racing on Niagara Falls Boulevard. The defendant, who was operating a pickup truck, refused to stop and proceeded westbound on Kenmore Avenue at a rate of 95 mph in a 35 mph zone.
