Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 44-year-old David Moore of Buffalo pleaded guilty as charged before Erie County Court Justice Kenneth F. Case to Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance Third Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon Second Degree.
On January 26, 2017, Buffalo Police Department narcotics personnel executed a search warrant at an apartment on Woodlawn Avenue for heroin. During the raid, the defendant was found to be in possession of a loaded gun and large amount of heroin laced with fentanyl.
The defendant, who has a long history of criminal convictions, faces up to 15 years in prison when he is sentenced on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.
