Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 31-year-old Nicholas Mallory of Niagara Falls has pleaded guilty before State Supreme Court Justice John L. Michalski to Grand Larceny in the Second Degree. 

Between July 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016, the defendant stole approximately $70,000 worth of brass parts from his employer, Sherex Fastening Solutions on Riverwalk Parkway in the Town of Tonawanda. Mallory sold the metal for cash. 

Mallory faces up to 15 years in jail when he is sentenced by Justice Michalski on November 29, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. 

DA Flynn commends Town of Tonawanda Detective Charles Card for his thorough investigative work. 

Chief Candace K. Vogel of the DA’s Special Investigations and Prosecutions Bureau prosecuted the case.
