Snell pleaded guilty, as charged, to one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a Class “C” violent felony, in July 2019.
DA Flynn commends the New York State Division of Parole for their work in the investigation.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Brian D. Langenfeld of the DA’s Tactical Prosecution Unit.
