West Seneca Man Pleads Guilty to Sexual Conduct Against a Child

Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 33-year-old David Moretto of West Seneca pleaded guilty before Erie County Court Judge Sheila A. DiTullio to one count of Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree.

In March 2017, Moretto was arrested by West Seneca Police for engaging in sexual acts with an underage female over the course of two years.

Moretto faces 5 to 25 years in prison when he is sentenced by Judge DiTullio on Monday, March 26 at 2 p.m. 

DA Flynn commends the victim and her family for their bravery and perseverance in coming forward as well as the investigative work by Lt. Leitzel of the West Seneca Police Department.

Assistant District Attorneys Bethany A. Solek and Anthony M. Rossi of the DA’s Special Victims Bureau prosecuted the case.
