Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Flaherty, Jr. announces that 17 year old Michael Fiorentino of 324 Northwood Drive, Williamsville has pleaded guilty to Manslaughter in the Second Degree before State Supreme Court Justice John Michalski. 

Fiorentino admitted that on or about October 24, 2015, at 90 Meadow Place in the Town of Cheektowaga, he recklessly caused the death of his 2 month old son, Bradley Fagan. 

Fiorentino faces 5-15 years in prison when he is sentenced July 15, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. by Justice Michalski. 

Acting DA Flaherty commends Cheektowaga Police Department Detectives Christopher Chojnacki and Terrance Griffin for their investigative work. 

Assistant District Attorney Colleen Curtin Gable prosecuted the case.
