Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 18-year-old Aaron Gallon of Buffalo and 16-year-old Armontae Moss of Buffalo have pleaded guilty before State Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia to Attempted Murder in the Second Degree. 

On September 22, 2016 at 5:45 a.m. at Ellicott and Broadway, the defendants stomped a 64-year-old man, causing severe physical injuries that include head trauma and skull fractures. 

Each defendant faces up to 25 years in prison when both are sentenced on June 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. by Justice Buscaglia. 

DA Flynn commends the Buffalo Police Homicide squad for its thorough investigation, including Detectives Daniel Redmond, Mark White and Scott Malec and Sgt. William Cooley. DA Flynn also credits the work of the NFTA Police Department. 

Assistant District Attorneys Katharine S. Lavin and Seth T. Molisani are prosecuting the case.
