Tonawanda Man Arraigned on Sexual Assault and Related Charges

Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 32 year old Shawn McIntosh of 308 Parkhurst, Tonawanda, was arraigned today on a sealed Indictment charging him with four counts of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, in violation of Penal Law §263.05, two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, in violation of Penal Law §130.65(3), four counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, in violation of Penal Law §263.16, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, in violation of Penal Law §260.10.  McIntosh is accused of taking pornographic photographs of two juvenile females under age 11 which lewdly display the girl’s genitals.  The defendant is further charged with subjecting both juveniles to sexual contact with a sexual device.    

Defendant was arrested on an indictment warrant by the Town of Tonawanda Police Department.  If convicted of all counts, defendant faces a possible sentence of up to fifty (50) years in prison. 

Defendant was remanded and is in custody with no bail.
