Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, II announced that 43 year old Terry Jarvis of 54 Cleveland Drive, Cheektowaga, pleaded guilty, as charged, this morning before Acting Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller to Scheme to Defraud in the First Degree.  This is the highest charge for which she could have been convicted had she gone to trial.

Jarvis admitted that during the period September 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011, she obtained contracts and payments from approximately 104 people for snow plowing services which she could not and did not provide.  As a condition of the plea Jarvis has signed Confessions of Judgment to the benefit of all 104 victims in the approximate amount of $21,000.

Jarvis faces a maximum prison sentence of 4 years when she is sentenced on July 2, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. before the Hon. M. William Boller.
