Erie County Legislator Chris Greene recently paid a visit to the Village of Akron to drop off dozens of boxes of face masks to local businesses on or around Main Street to help replenish their supply. Legislator Greene’s goal is to keep both workers and customers safe from COVID-19 while still operating effectively.

Some of these businesses include: Mary’s on Monroe, Hairpins and Pizzabella’s.

Legislator Greene said, “One of my top priorities is helping to keep the residents in my district safe from COVID-19. I will continue to do whatever I can to help keep customers, workers and community members healthy and safe. Thank you to all of the businesses who welcomed me and took the time to chat. It was great to meet everyone and I look forward to hitting the streets again soon.”
