Map Submitted by Christal Peacock
Below is a link to a spreadsheet submitted by Christal Peacock. Within the spreadsheet there is a worksheet indicating census tracts for each of the 11 districts she proposes. There is also a master spreadsheet containing the population totals and racial breakdowns as well as disparity figures for each district.
Ms. Peacock wrote in her email that her process for creating these maps was based foremost on the need to create two majority-minority districts and second to keep municipalities in tact as much as possible.
