The Erie County Legislature’s Majority Leader, Joseph Lorigo, Legislator for the 10th District, has been named to the Erie County Industrial Development Agency (ECIDA) Board of Directors for 2017. As newly appointed Chairman of the Legislature’s Economic Development Committee, Legislator Lorigo will serve as the Legislature’s representative on the board.
“I look forward to serving on the ECIDA Board to continue Buffalo’s resurgence through development projects that make sense for businesses and taxpayers. The ECIDA can have a significant impact on our community, providing valuable incentive programs that will make Western New York stronger for the long-term. The ECIDA must focus on its core missions and by doing so will be a great benefit,” said Majority Leader Lorigo.
