Gold Choice is a Medicaid health insurance program available to special needs consumers that reside in Erie County. The program provides consumers with expanded insurance coverage for needed mental health and substance abuse inpatient and outpatient services. We link consumers with a primary care provider and case manager who coordinate medical with behavioral health services to optimize health outcomes and satisfaction with medical services.
