Erie County Legislator John J. Mills announces the next two Hot Dog Roast Fundraisers will be held June 19 and 20. In total, these popular events have raised more than $47,800 to support ongoing efforts to provide quality programming and materials at each of the branches in Legislator Mills’ District.

The Angola Public Library fundraiser will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, June 19 at the library, 34 North Main St., Angola. Hot dog and water combo is $1 and Italian sausage and water combo is $2. Event will also feature music by Linda Giancarlo, used book sale, and homemade brownie and cookie sale.  

Then, on Saturday, June 20, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., the Town of Collins Public Library, 2341 Main St., Collins, will host its event. Hot dog and water combo is $1 and Italian sausage and water combo is $2. The event will also feature Gravitational Bull, a comedy juggling act, at 11:30 a.m. Friends of the Collins Library will be hosting a bake sale in the library.  

Fundraisers will be held on the following dates:

• Wednesday, July 1, 5 – 6:30 p.m., at the North Collins Library, 2095 School St., North Collins
• Thursday, July 16, 4 - 7 p.m., at the Concord Public Library, 18 Chapel St., Springville
• Wednesday, July 22, 4:30 – 7 p.m., at the Eden Library, 2901 E. Church St., Eden
• Friday, August 14, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., at the Orchard Park Library, 4570 S. Buffalo St., Orchard Park
• Saturday, August 15, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., at the West Falls – Colden Library, 1966 Davis Rd., West Falls in partnership with Majority Leader Joseph Lorigo
