Saturday, October 27th, Erie County will be offering a free E-waste collection event.
Items can be dropped off at ECC South Campus (4041 Southwestern Boulevard) from 9am-12pm. All are asked to enter from Big Tree Road. Advance registration is required. Those who wish to register can do so by contacting 716-998-8073 or visiting www.erie.gov/recycling.
The following items will be accepted:
- TVs (limit of 2 per person)
- Audio / Visual Equipment
- Cellphones
- Christmas Lights
- Circuit Boards
- Computer Accessories
- Computers
- Electronics
- Microwaves
- Printers & Copiers
- Scanners
- Tablets
- Toner Cartridges
“This is a great opportunity to get rid of household items and electronics in a safe, environmentally friendly manner,” said Legislator Mills. “These drop-off events often draw large crowds, so it is important to register before attending.”
