Following the release of the Erie County Department of Public Works’ list of road repairs scheduled for 2018, Erie County Legislator John Mills is pleased to announce the following roads in his district are slated for mill and overlay work:

  • Vaughn Road/Route 240 from Genesee Road to Route 39
  • Savage Road from Route 39 to County Line Road
  • Zimmerman Road from Route 391 to Shero Road

The Department of Public Works has also designated $650,000 in funding for pavement preservation operations and crack sealing throughout the district.

“This year’s road damage has inconvenienced many drivers and raised safety concerns throughout our entire community,” said Legislator Mills. “I am pleased to learn we can expect improvements in the coming months. However, there are many road and infrastructure problems that still need to be addressed. I will continue to push for repairs in all necessary areas for the safety of our residents.”
