Scholarship eligibility is open to high school seniors with a 2.5 (C+) average or better, who will attend a two or four-year college/university in the fall 2012. Applicants must reside in Erie, Monroe or Niagara counties. Applications will be reviewed and the winner will be announced the week of June 11.

The FBINCAAA is a community-based and supported organization, distinct and separate from the FBI, designed to promote a safer community through a process of educating business, media, minority, religious, government and other community leaders.
