During last week’s session, the Legislature approved funding for various road and infrastructure projects, including several in Legislator Mills’ district.

The following projects were approved:

• Pavement rehab and resurfacing design services  for Armor Duells Road in the Town of Orchard Park
• Replacement of the Pontiac Road bridge over Big Sister Creek in the Town of Evans
• Replacement of the Hillcroft Drive Bridge over Eighteen Mile Creek in the Town of Boston
• Slide remediation of Belscher Road in Springville

“I’m pleased to support these projects and look forward to getting work underway for the safety of those who travel our county roads,” said Legislator Mills. “However, there’s a lot more to be done throughout my district. I am planning a road tour with the Department of Public Works in the coming weeks, and will continue to advocate for additional repairs that will use tax dollars more efficiently in the community.”
