Erie County Legislator John J. Mills honored former Town of Collins Library Director Karen McClure on her long-time service to the Buffalo and Erie County Library System by presenting her with a proclamation recognizing her dedication.

“I had the honor of working with Karen for many years and her dedication to the Collins community and the library is unmatched. She was committed to seeing the library grow during her tenure and I wish her all the best in her retirement after a job well done,” Legislator Mills said.

McClure was the director of the Collins Branch for eight years, having worked in the library system for nearly 25 years.
