Erie County Legislator John Mills recently announced the Erie County Department of Health will be hosting a free, drive-thru rabies vaccination clinic for dogs, ferrets and indoor/outdoor cats on Saturday, September 11th from nine in the morning until one o’clock in the afternoon.
You are asked to bring proof of vaccination to the event in order to receive a three-year vaccination certificate.
The clinic will be held at Erie Community College’s South Campus located at 4041 Southwestern Boulevard in building seven. Legislator Mills said, “I encourage all pet owners in my district to take advantage of this opportunity and make an appointment to get your animals vaccinated at the free rabies clinic in September. Making sure pets are vaccinated is a top priority when it comes to the county’s health and safety.”
