Erie County Legislator John Mills recently honored the owners of Mangia Ristorante and Caffé located on North Buffalo Road in the heart of Orchard Park.

Mills recently presented John and Fran Ricotta with a proclamation, congratulating them on 15 years of business. Started back in 2005, Mangia Ristorante and Caffé has become a destination to eat, drink and gather for those both near and far.

John and Fran’s contributions do not end at fine dining. Throughout the years, the pair has donated to countless individuals, groups and organizations.

Legislator Mills said, “Not only are the Ricotta’s great entrepreneurs, they are great people. Their number one priority is making sure members of the community, and beyond, are happy and taken care of. Thank you to John and Fran for your philanthropy—our world is a better place because of you.”
