Erie County Legislator John Mills will be holding a HEAP outreach to help Concord and surrounding area residents with the application process.

Residents are urged to call Legislator Mills’ office at 716-858-8850 to schedule a phone appointment for Monday, November 23^rd. Time slots begin at 9:30 in the morning and go until 4:00 in the afternoon.

Applicants should have the following available during the appointment: income total for each household member, paystubs and/or Social Security award letter, gas and electric account numbers, and Social Security number.

Legislator Mills said, “If you are having trouble paying your heating bills, HEAP assistance can help. The bitter and harsh Western New York winter months are just around the corner. Call my office today for information on receiving assistance with the HEAP application process.”
