An important part of developing a County-wide Shared Services Plan is to get input from the Public, as well as from civic, business, labor and community leaders.  In addition to holding three (3) public hearings (click here for details), the Erie County Shared Services Panel would like to invite you to submit your ideas for ways that Erie County municipalities can save tax dollars by working together.
