Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro is joining the bipartisan call for Governor Andrew Cuomo to resign. The report released Tuesday came as a result of Attorney General Leticia James’ independent investigation, which validated much of the sexual harassment accusations against Cuomo.

“I am disgusted at the appalling report, and I am calling on Andrew Cuomo to immediately resign as Governor. The independent investigation shows that he has abused his power over staff and it is clear that the public cannot trust his judgement and his character is deeply in question,” Legislator Todaro said.
