Last week, Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro attended the monthly Depew Community Action Team (DCAT) meeting to discuss projects happening throughout the community.

Legislator Todaro was joined by Senator Patrick Gallivan, Village Trustee Audrey Hamernik, Mayor Kevin Peterson, and others to learn more about plans for the proposed community center on Gould Avenue in the former Dom Polski building.

Legislator Todaro said, “It was great to attend DCAT’s monthly meeting and hear about the exciting plans they have for the new community center. Once finalized, it will bring a number of services to the residents of Depew including a food pantry, laundry facilities, clothes closet, and much more. I’m proud to support this project and would like to thank all involved!”
