Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro

Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro recently honored the owners of a small business in Depew for their continued success over the course of several decades. This was part of Small Business Week in Erie County during the week of September 20th through the 26th.

Located in the same spot on Transit Road since 1958, Antoinette’s Sweets has been a staple in the community for 62 years. Todaro presented a proclamation to John Morphis, the son of owners John and Alexandra, for their continued success in carrying on the family business from generation to generation.

Legislator Todaro said, “What better way to bring family, friends, and residents together than sharing a hot fudge sundae, ice cream cone, or a sweet chocolate treat. Small businesses like Antoinette’s are the heart and soul--and cherry on top--of a great community. Thank you to the Morphis family for your continued dedication to serving others.”
