Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro will be holding a virtual HEAP outreach to help Cheektowaga and surrounding area residents with the application process.

Residents are urged to call Legislator Todaro’s office at 716-681-2071 to schedule a phone appointment for Friday, February 19^th. Time slots begin at 9:30 in the morning and go until 4:00 in the afternoon.

Applicants should have the following available during the appointment: income total for each household member, paystubs and/or Social Security award letter, gas and electric account numbers, and Social Security number.

Legislator Todaro said, “If you are in need of assistance with your heating bills, please consider submitting an application. Give my office a call and we will work quickly to get you set up with a phone appointment. I am happy to help residents through this process, especially as we enter the coldest months of the year.”
