Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro recently honored independent business consultant, author, podcaster and lecturer Larry Mietus. Mietus works tirelessly to help both small and large businesses overcome challenges and any obstacles that might be blocking their road to success.

Larry Mietus also paves the way for young entrepreneurs—he has been named Mentor of the Year twice by the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at the University at Buffalo. Mietus is also set to release a book called We Tried That Once and Other Popular Excuses That Sabotage Business Success.
