Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro recently honored the owners of Six Friends Cabernet in Lancaster with a proclamation.

Six Friends Cabernet was established in 2019 and opened to the public on February 14th, 2020 as a wine tasting room and restaurant. Owners Tony and Kim Martino named their business after they toured local wineries with their closest friends as six couples. Their passion for New York wines inspired Tony and Kim to become part of the wine industry and highlight New York wines from Niagara, Chautauqua and the Finger Lakes regions.

Six Friends Cabernet recently celebrated its one year anniversary and was named the February Member of the Month from the Lancaster Area Chamber of Commerce and has been a strong proponent of giving back to the community.

Legislator Todaro said, “Six Friends Cabernet is a one-of-a-kind wine tasting room and restaurant in Western New York. Thank you to owners Tony and Kim Martino for creating a space where people enter as guests and strangers and leave as a family with wonderful memories of their dining experience. I wish for nothing but success in the years to come.”
