Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro recently honored Todd B. Koch, MD as prominent plastic surgeon in the Western New York area. Dr. Koch has over 30 years of experience and attended the Medical College of Ohio which is one of the most nationally recognized plastic surgery programs in the United States.

Dr. Koch began his private practice of plastic and reconstructive surgery in Buffalo in 1986, he is also an assistant clinical professor at the State University at Buffalo Medical School where he offers many hours instructing young physicians and residents in the art of plastic surgery.

Dr. Koch has been recognized in American’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals, Marquis Who’s Who in America, Castle Connolly Medical Guide, Metropolitan Professional Registry, Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide, America’s Cosmetic Doctors and Dentists and has earned a position in Newsweek’s America’s Best Plastic Surgeons in 2021.
