In conjunction with Small Business Week, Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro visited a number of small businesses throughout the community to present owners with a proclamation on behalf of the Erie County Legislature. The Legislature formally recognized September 20-26 as Small Business Week in Erie County.

Legislator Todaro visited Alden Pharmacy, All Gussied Up Grooming in Cheektowaga, Elaine’s Flower Shoppe in Depew, and Ace Flag in Depew.

Legislator Todaro said, “Small businesses are vital to our communities and local economy. It was my pleasure to make stops at each of these locations and talk to their owners about their success and what it takes to make a small business thrive. Their hard work should not go unnoticed, especially as countless business owners have had to navigate financial obstacles because of COVID-19. I appreciate each of them taking the time to visit and thank them for being dedicated members of our local business community.”
