Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro recently honored United Materials, a one-stop supplier for all construction needs,  at Lancaster’s Ready-Mix Plant.

United Materials has five concrete plants and two building supply stores and a sand and gravel operation. The company’s mission is to offer quality service and experience to their customers and offer their employees the appropriate resources and opportunities for development in order to improve their personal and professional life.

Back in spring of 2020, the company dedicated a brand-new truck to honor all five military branches—Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines and the Coast Guard.

Legislator Todaro said, “United Materials has always been incredibly supportive of their community; from participating in local parades, hosting “touch a truck” events for children, creating a pink concrete truck to increase awareness of breast cancer and dedicating a brand new truck to honor all five military branches. This is a company who goes above and beyond to benefit their customers, the community and residents around them. Thank you to everyone over at United Materials for being a pillar of the community and for your undeniable patriotism.”
