Erie County Legislator Frank Todaro recently honored Western New York Developer Rocco Termini.

Termini has been the driving force behind the revitalization of downtown Buffalo. Termini opened the Hotel Lafayette back in 2012, which was a five million dollar rehabilitation project that restored the hotel to its original beauty with apartments, restaurants and a banquet facility. Termini also opened The Foundry and has lead a remarkable transformation on Chandler Street—a trendy stretch of renewed buildings with restaurants, offices and start-up businesses. In addition, Termini has donated to the new Italian Cultural Center project that is well under way in Buffalo.

Legislator Todaro said, “Rocco Termini is a champion for Western New York. We have him to thank for the revitalization of downtown Buffalo. Thank you, Rocco, for being such a valuable member of the Italian-American community and helping to make the City we love live up to its full potential.”
