Mark Poloncarz, EC Executive; Felice Krycia, Veteran Service Officer; and David Shenk, EC Veterans Service Agency Director were fortunate to attend the dinner held by the Erie County American Legion to welcome NYS AL Commander John Sampson. The dinner was held at the Thomas E. Tehan Post #1449 in Blasdell. Also in attendance were Debbie Kryczkowski, NYS AL Auxiliary President and J. Bruce Ruthven, NYS Sons of the AL Commander.
