Dan Ratka, Veteran Service Officer while representing EC Veteran Service Agency at a Joining Community Forces (JCF) monthly meeting presented Peter Pilc with a proclamation from EC Executive Mark Poloncarz for his retirement and hard work with the JCF.

Peter was the driving force behind JCF, an organization formed to bring all WNY organizations that provide services to veterans together. The monthly meeting is an opportunity to share information and network for the benefit of increasing awareness of resources for area veterans.
