VA WNY Health Care System's Valentine’s “National Salute to Veteran Patients”

Dan Ratka represented EC Veterans Service Agency and Patrick Ishimwe Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz.  They participated in this event at the VA Hospital to pass out goody bags to hospitalized veterans and for a few moments brighten their day.
