On Valentine's Day Mark Poloncarz, Erie County Executive and David Shenk, Erie County Director of Veteran Services visited the Buffalo Veterans Administration Hospital to meet with both in and out patients to distribute hand made valentine's made by local school children. Mark and David also distributed information on EC Veterans and EC Senior Services departments. They were assisted by two volunteers from Gowanda High School. Members of the Dialysis staff joined in the photo.
