MYCHAJLIW CALLS FOR FEDERAL INVESTIGATION OF GOVERNOR CUOMO AND STATE FOR SENDING SICK SENIORS INTO NURSING HOMES

Erie County Comptroller Stefan I. Mychajliw Jr. is calling on the federal government to immediately investigate New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and New York State, surrounding their dubious and deadly decision to send seniors stricken with COVID-19 back into nursing homes.

Erie County Comptroller Stefan I. Mychajliw Jr has released the following statement:

"Governor Cuomo and radical progressives in New York City should be ashamed for eliminating bail in New York State. Erie County District Attorney John Flynn announced most of the ten criminals arrested for rioting and looting related charges will be back on the street. Can’t hold them behind bars where they belong. This is a disgrace. Because of soft on crime, anti-police politicians that care more about criminals than police, our community will be less safe. They’ll be free to riot and loot again and again and again.

KEARNS, MYCHAJLIW CONTINUE FIGHT AGAINST CUOMO CUFFING COPS

Erie County Clerk Michael P. Kearns and Erie County Comptroller Stefan Mychajliw continued their fight against Governor Andrew Cuomo’s new law that charges police officer with a Class E felony for sharing information about illegal immigrants to other members of law enforcement.

Erie County Comptroller Stefan Iwan Mychajliw is the son of Polish and Ukrainian immigrants, the youngest of seven children, who grew up in blue-collar beginnings near the corner of William and Fillmore on the East Side of Buffalo.

If you are, or work for, a County Clerk in New York State and you suspect that a person who is in the United States illegally has applied for a driver’s license, you can anonymously report it to ICE by calling their hotline at 1-866-347-2423 or electronically on their website. OR, utilize our Erie County hotline, and we will forward all tips.
