Legislator Mills announces Concord Library Hot Dog Roast Fundraiser is July 20

Erie County Legislator John J. Mills announces that his 11th annual Hot Dog Roast Fundraiser benefitting the Hulbert Library of the Town of Concord will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 20 at the library, 18 Chapel St., Springville.

 

The fundraiser supports the library’s ongoing effort to provide quality programming and materials to the communities it serves. Cost is $1 for hot dog and bottle of water, and $2 for an Italian sausage and bottle of water.

 

The event will also include a bake sale and a Concert in the Park at Fiddler’s Green Park Gazebo, featuring Low Blue Flame performing American, rock & roll, and pop music, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The concert is sponsored by the Town of Concord and Village of Springville.

 

The library is also hosting a book sale, which is being held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 18; Thursday, July 20 and Friday, July 21.

 

Additional library fundraisers will be held on the following dates:

  • 11 a.m. Friday, July 28 at the Angola Public Library, 34 N. Main St., Angola
  • 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 4 at the Orchard Park Public Library, 4570 S. Buffalo St., Orchard Park
