What do I do if my license is suspended?
- Any operator who has been suspended for failure to pay a fine, penalty or mandatory surcharge or has failed to answer an appearance ticket or summons shall not have that suspension terminated until they pay all suspension fee(s) to the court that initiated the suspension(s).
- We can only accept payment for suspension termination fees initiated in the Clarence Justice Court.
- License suspension termination transactions may be completed at the transaction window Monday – Friday 8:30am to 4:15pm.
