A robo call survey of about 99,000 Erie County residents is being conducted by the Live Well Erie Task Force to determine the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on housing. The survey includes an introduction stating that the call is for the purpose of conducting a survey regarding housing. The 20-question survey asks respondents about their housing situation, with questions such as whether they are behind on rent, and if so by how many months. The survey does not ask for client’s Social Security Numbers, name, address, or any other personally identifying information. If you receive a call from a concerned client, please encourage them to respond to the survey while exercising caution about revealing personally identifying information.
