The warm line offers peer support and non-crisis services to Erie County residents. Individuals can utilize the warm line to identify services in their area or to speak with a peer support specialist. In addition, staff can also provide outreach in which the caller can meet face to face with a peer in an office setting or mutually agreed upon community location.
